Senior Project Manager (m/f) Event

We are looking for a project manager event (m/f) to work on site with our interesting and demanding clients (Munich, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne and Düsseldorf).

Now we are looking for our offices in Frankfurt, Hamburg or Hannover

You will support our clients in planning, coordinating and implementing projects in the event sector with a focus on the organisation of seminars and specialist events. You will ensure that information is exchanged smoothly and timely between all participants, carry out organisation and coordination tasks and the event implementation on site. High process compliance within the structures set out by the client is essential.

Requirements

You have excellent communication skills in spoken and in written German and are fluent in English? You work on your own initiative and reliably with internal and external suppliers? You have work experience in event management or the hospitality sector? You have a very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)? You are aware that above-average commitment, working well as a team member, ability to work under pressure and a high degree of flexibility are requirements of this job? You are creative, communicative, friendly, confident and dedicated and have a good sense of business? You are willing to be measured by your success?
