Last month, we had the privilege of supporting Telekom at the renowned Top Management Team Meeting (TMTM). The annual event serves as a catalyst for company-wide communication and sets the course for Telekom's strategic business goals. With around 800 top managers from around the world, the event at the Telekom Forum in Bonn became the focal point for leaders shaping the company's future direction, fostering a focus on growth and evolution.

CAPTIVATING THE AUDIENCE WITH MEANINGFUL ACTS

At the heart of the high-profile event was our mission to design an artistic program that not only provides entertainment but also deeply resonates with the theme of the year: Radical Transparency. Our concept involved creating two groundbreaking productions that would captivate and inspire the audience.

The first act introduced "After Cooking," a visionary artist from Aachen known for his unconventional approach to music. Using discarded objects such as pipes and pots, he staged a fascinating composition inspired by hate comments from Telekom's web forums, where users remain anonymous. In a remarkable fusion of art and technology, these negative feelings were transformed into positive images with the help of Capture Media GmbH from Düsseldorf. The result not only demonstrated the creative power but also showcased the transformative effect of resilience and optimism.

THE UNPARALLELED POWER OF HUMAN CREATIVITY

With our second show act, we aimed to highlight the invaluable value of human ingenuity in the face of advancing technology. In collaboration with the renowned dance school JC Academy in Düsseldorf, we embarked on a journey to showcase the unparalleled abilities of human artists. With a captivating Tutting choreography, we celebrated the diversity and dynamism of human expression. Despite the logistical challenges, dancers from across Europe came together to bring this vision to life in record time. The result was a stunning performance of skill and passion, reaffirming the timeless superiority of human creativity.

The enthusiastic reception from our esteemed guests underlined the success of our efforts and was a testament to the power of collaboration and innovation. We sincerely thank the Telekom team and our valued partners for their commitment and trust. Together we have shown that we can spread true enthusiasm through creativity and collaboration.
