Nokia Middle East partner conference

Every year Nokia invites their dealer representatives from all over the Middle East and Africa to come together to showcase its new and upcoming products and to engage in discussion and conversation. And to celebrate their ongoing cooperation and market growth.

VOK DAMS was responsible for the full scope of services related to the events. Including an online guest management system streamlining the travels of al 300 guests from 45 different countries. On the ground we arranged plenary meetings, regional break-out sessions, a exhibition area displaying all new products and a evening do with fine foods, even finer drinks and kick-ass entertainment.

VOK DAMS conceptualized and managed both the conference in Dubai and in South Africa one year later. The latter one was rated by the guests as the best MEA partner conference ever.
